"I'm John Pearson, director of Universal Contracts. We started
out as electrical contractors and data works, and then we took on
more and more, we took on the plumbing and joinery, and now we just
do the whole package from out of the ground up to the roof, we do
the whole lot. Everyone says what do you do, we do a bit of
everything!
I was actually the first customer and probably their first claim
as well.
Over the years our company has changed and our policy has
changed a bit, more employees, bigger insurances and different
insurances for different jobs and it's just a phone call
really.
I've been with Premierline for 10 years, from the start and with
us taking on sub contractors we have to check their insurance and
any policies that don't come up to our health and safety we pass
them on to Premierline and usually they get sorted out straight
away."
