"My name is Ian, I am co owner of the business Interphase along
with my wife Susan. Interphase came about in 1984, insurance
was a bit of a closed book at that time for us and we insured
through the bank. With hindsight whilst the bank did a job in
providing insurance for us, it wasn't focused to what we
needed.

organisation is such that I do not need to chase them, they remind
me, their not pushy which suits us down to the ground.
The questions were certainly more in depth and they wanted to
