Everyone hopes they do not need to claim on their insurance, but when you do you want an insurer to be there and deliver on their promises. Mr Patel explains how Premierline delivered a fast and efficient service to settle a claim with the minimum of time and fuss.

"We've had to make claims on two occasions before, both for burglaries and they have been dealt with efficiently and satisfactorily… I've been with Premierline for the past 10 years and they have been very efficient and the service was very good. I would recommend them to anybody."

Great value for money

Mr James, owner of the The Belvedere Hotel in Blackpool wanted to grow his business, but was wary of rising insurance costs. Fortunately Premierline Direct were able to offer a premium that was competitive meaning his expansion plans could go ahead.

"We felt like we could expand and a neighbouring hotel came up for sale. Now I suppose being a little bit naïve at the time, people suggested well don't forget your business insurance will go through the roof. we thought well we'll get in touch with Premierline and just see before we go ahead with the project and tell them us plans and all that and they quoted a very reasonable price…we're still not looking back."
