In addition to the standard cover you can add extras onto your policy for an additional premium. These are as follows:

• Employer's Liability - Provides cover of up to £10,000,000 for sums you become legally liable to pay as damages, together with your legal costs and expenses relating to an injury to an employee for which you are legally liable.
• Business Interruption - This helps you stay in business by covering loss of gross profit and any related increase in the cost of working, incurred as a result of a loss covered under Section 1 of the policy.
  Cover is up to the gross profit sum insured specified by you with your choice of indemnity period from 12, 18, 24 or 36 months.
• MOT - Loss of Licence - Provides cover to replace loss of profit from MOT testing and associated repair and servicing work following suspension or withdrawal of your licence. Cover includes:
  • An appeal and consultancy service
  • Free telephone helpline
• Conversion - Covers loss following purchase of a vehicle from a person who does not legally own it.
• Fidelity Guarantee - Covers losses arising from acts of fraud and dishonesty by employees.
• Engineering - This section provides:
  • Inspection Service - periodic examinations of all types of plan
  • Fragmentation - covers damage by impact to your property caused by fragmentation of any part of the insured plant
  • Breakdown - provides for the cost of repairs to plant following its electrical or mechanical breakdown
  • Cost of Hiring/Increased Costs to complete work as a result of an insured Breakdown under this section
• Personal Accident - This cover provides compensation in certain circumstances to proprietors, partners, directors and employees, up to 65 years of age arising from accidents at work. The basic level of cover provides:
  • Death £10,000
  • Loss of Limb, Hearing or Sight £10,000
  • Temporary Total Disablement £100 per week up to 104 weeks
  • Temporary Partial Disablement £50 per week up to 104 weeks
