Our Hotel and Guest House Insurance Policy covers the following as standard

• Business contents - we provide cover for your trade contents and stock - you just need to select the sum insured. This covers you for a whole range of perils including fire, accidental damage, explosions, theft, flood, storm, escape of water, malicious damage to name just a few.
• Automatic extensions of cover - provides cover for a range of situations such as damage to fixed glass and sanitary fittings, loss or damage to business goods in transit, theft of keys including cost of replacement locks, loss of money, including personal accident and assault, loss of freezer contents, seasonal increase - automatic increase in stock sum insured during busy periods.
• Loss of accounts receivable - this provides cover up to £25,000 for money that is owed by customers, which cannot be collected because records have been lost or damaged by an insured peril.
• Business interruption - this helps to keep you in business following a claim, by protecting your trading position. Cover is for the reduction in profit (see policy wording for details) and reasonable addional expenditure neccessary to maintain business continuity.
• Loss of liquor licence - this covers you up to £100,000 against the depreciation in the sale value of your premises and any subsequent loss of profit following loss of licence from causes beyond your control.
• Employer’s Liability - covers you up to £10m for damages, approved legal costs and expenses for which you are liable as a result of injury to your employees.
• Public and Products Liability - provides cover up to £2m against injury to the public and damage to their property including liability arising from the sale or supply of goods.
