Prize draw terms and conditions

1. Prize draw open to all customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. Draw not open to employees of Premierline Direct, their families or anyone associated with this draw.
2. No purchase or registration necessary - request entry into the free prize draw by sending your name and address on a postcard to the Marketing Department, Premierline Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster LA1 3PE.
3. Entries which are not submitted in accordance with these rules or which are delayed, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by e-mail will not be accepted as proof of entry.
4. The winner will be drawn at random each month and awarded their prize. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative.
5. The winner will be informed by phone or post within 14 days of the draw date. Information about the winner will be made available by sending an SAE to the Marketing Department, Premierline Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster LA1 3PE.
6. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.
7. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for doing so.
8. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
