Phil joined Premierline Direct in July 2008 from RAC where he was responsible for developing operational capability through their Claims and Legal Services businesses. Phil now leads the operational contact centre's and is responsible for driving performance and customer service excellence across the business. Phil has extensive experience in the business to business sector having worked with a number of motor manufacturers, Insurers and National Brokers.
