Mike is a Chartered Secretary with 18 years' experience of Company Secretarial, compliance and corporate governance-related work within the UK General Insurance industry. He is Premierline Direct's Company Secretary and Business Support Manager and has responsibility for human resources, compliance, property and facilities. Prior to joining Premierline Direct, Mike worked at AXA Insurance and AXA Direct for 15 years, where he held a variety of positions including Company Secretary, Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive and Governance Manager.
