Katie is responsible for customer acquisition and retention through a range of marketing channels, as well as being the brand and customer champion, ensuring the business delivers a compelling proposition and quality customer experience for all its brands. Katie joined Premierline Direct in June 2005 from Matalan Plc where she held responsibilities for areas throughout marketing including national TV, press and radio, market research, internet development and direct mail. Prior to this she worked within the marketing team at AXA Direct.
