Prize Draw Rules
By entering into the Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to
have accepted and be bound by the following rules:
- Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18
years or over. Proof of identity and age may be
required.
- Only one entry per person.
- No purchase is necessary.
- By completing your details where applicable on the card
and posting it back to us you will be
automatically entered into the draw upon delivery of the
card.
- No cash alternative is available and the prize is non
transferable. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be
responsible for any tax arising.
- The prize is £100 (one hundred pounds) Love2Shop Vouchers and
in the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside
Premierline Direct's control it reserves the right to offer an
alternative prize of equal value. If Premierline Direct
considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in
entering into the Prize Draw it reserves the right to refuse to
award any prize.
- Premierline Direct is not responsible for the quality of
goods/service supplied by Love2Shop.
- The closing date for entries is the last day of every
month and Premierline Direct reserve the right to withdraw the
Prize Draw promotion at any time.
- Premierline Direct is not responsible for lost entries, delayed
entries or mis-transmitted entries. Proof of posting or
transmission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
- Entry to the prize draw is by post only.
- Premierline Direct reserves the right to publish the winners'
names in any post-event publication.
- The winner will be drawn independently and at random
on the 1st working day of every month until the Prize Draw
promotion is withdrawn. The outcome of such draw shall be final and
no correspondence will be entered into. Premierline Direct
reserves the right to amend or alter these Rules.
- Winners' names will be available on request from Premierline
Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3PE.
- The winner will be sent the prize by post one week after the
draw is made.
- Agents, employees and families of Premierline Direct and
companies in the Allianz (UK) Ltd Group are excluded from the prize
draw.
- Promoter: Allianz Business Services Limited trading as
Premierline Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3PE.
- These Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales
and any action arising out of these Rules shall be litigated in,
and only in, the courts of England and Wales. Entrants hereby
agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and
further agree that they are a convenient forum.
