Company owners skip insurance

Almost a third of company owners do not have business insurance, according to a poll of 635 individuals by You Gov, commissioned by insurer Premierline Direct. Of those that did, only 34 per cent of small business owners said they had employers liability insurance; compulsory if the company has employees. Fewer than one in six said they had business interruption cover.
