An entrepreneur from the West Midlands is celebrating recognition afforded by her new range of 'cosmoceuticals' for men.
Rachel Westwood, a businesswoman from Wolverhampton, has been nominated for an award for her skin care products that target the fashion conscious-male market.
Her firm, Skin Scientists, was established last year and hopes to get men to pursue the body beautiful with a range of products which mimic the result of botox injections, the Birmingham Post reports.
"We're certainly the only company in Britain to develop this kind of product," Ms Westwood remarks, "and as far as we know [it's] the only one of its kind in the world.
The entrepreneur is unlikely to welcome observations from actress Michelle Pfeiffer, however, who last week told the Guardian of her own resignation about aging.
The star of Stardust - due to be released this week - states that ageing is "a hump" which it is hard to overcome but which she has now accepted, allowing her to grow old without worrying about plastic surgery, botox or other attempts to slow time.
