Guoman Hotels, which currently owns several establishments in central London, is planning to invest in its existing portfolio.
The firm currently runs The Cumberland Charing Cross and Tower hotels, and plans to invest a further £100 million over the next three years, Meetpie.com reports
According to the news provider, the Royal Horseguards, Victoria and Marble Arch hotels are to be rebranded as part of the Guoman business over the next few years.
Sanjay Nijhawan, chief operating officer at Guoman Hotels UK, said the chain hoped to "establish" its brand in the UK offering "exceptional" hotels.
"We have major investment plans for this brand and each hotels refurbishment will be inspired by all the unique aspects of the hotel including its heritage and location," he remarked.
Guoman Hotels recently announced that it had it had invested £6 million to refurbish the Charing Cross hotel, which was previously part of the Thistle Hotel brand.
