Remember, if you need to make a claim, the numbers to ring are detailed below. Phone in, provide us with all the details, and you'll receive all the guidance you need to get your claim dealt with quickly and smoothly.

For Commercial van policy holders, call 0845 600 0676 (open 24/7)

For Motor trade policy holders, call 0844 412 9996 (9am - 5pm Monday - Friday only)

 

For all other policy holders, call:
- 0844 871 0940 (open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm)

- 0870 606 1234 (outside these hours)

 

For Commercial Legal Protection claims call 0845 330 1180 (open 24/7) 

 

Phone our claims line straight away if you want to make a claim.  Be ready to give as much information as you have and you'll be given clear help about what to do next.  You will be sent a claim form, which you will need to complete and sign.

 

Glass Replacement Service

 

Phone the claims line if you have glass windows, doors, display units or partitions broken - we can provide glass replacement assistance 24 hours a day.

 

Emergency Assistance

Our claims service can also get you help in an emergency - at any time, day or night. We can provide help, for example, if your insured property is damaged by a storm, a flood or during a break in.  We can give you details from our large database of a contractor who specialises in the work you need done.
