£10,000 Shopping Vouchers Prize Draw Rules
By entering into the Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules:
- Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
- Only one entry per person per insurance Quotation (a Quotation means where a price for cover is provided to the customer) given for any one insurance policy within the Prize Draw Period (as defined in 8 below).
- No purchase is necessary.
- By receiving a Quotation from Premierline Direct (whether online, by phone or face to face) you will automatically entered into a prize draw.
- No cash alternative is available and the prize is non transferable. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
- Each prize draw will consist of one (1) prize of £1,000, two (2) prizes of £100 and twenty (20) prizes of £25 in Love2Shop Vouchers. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Premierline Direct's control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. If Premierline Direct considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the Prize Draw it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize.
- Premierline Direct is not responsible for the quality of goods/service supplied by Love2Shop.
- Subject to 2 above, every Quotation given from the 2nd April 2012 through to the 1st July 2012 (the Prize Draw Period) will automatically be entered into a prize draw.
- The winner will be drawn independently and at random on fortnightly, every second Friday starting from 20th April 2012 and ending 13th July 2012. All customers who have received Quotations from Monday to Sunday of the two weeks preceding each draw day, will be included in that prize draw.
- The outcome of such draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Premierline Direct reserves the right to amend or alter these Rules.
- Premierline Direct reserves the right to publish the winners' names in any post-event publication.
- Winners' names will be available on request from Premierline Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3PE.
- The winner will be sent the prize by post one week after the draw is made.
- Agents, employees and families of Premierline Direct and companies in the Allianz (UK) Ltd Group are excluded from the prize draw.
- Promoter: Allianz Business Services Limited trading as Premierline Direct, Caton Road, Lancaster, LA1 3PE.
- These Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any action arising out of these Rules shall be litigated in, and only in, the courts of England and Wales. Entrants hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum.
